Cooper Health Sync — Terms

Any patient can authorize their own Cooper University Health Care / MyCooper record through Epic’s supported SMART on FHIR APIs. Each person sees only their own files, including notes, attachments, and pictures Epic returns.

• Read-only. No create, update, delete, scheduling, or order entry.
• Access requires that patient’s explicit MyCooper / Epic authorization.
• You see your record only. Other patients’ files are never shown to you.
• Tokens are stored encrypted. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
• Authorization can be revoked in MyCooper / Epic at any time.
• This app cannot retrieve files Cooper never exposed on FHIR.
